My routine for applying.....

Shower in the morning and exfoliate.

Apply mousse and let dry.  Apply a double layer for a deeper bronze tan. 

Do not shower for 6-8 hours.

Your skin naturally sheds, but on average the tan should last up to a week. Reapply as needed.
